This depends entirely on the order itself. Our prices are £50.00 plus VAT per kilo of custom candy. For larger orders we can apply special discounts.
The minimum amount you can order is determined by the design required. For more information please fill in one of our easy to use enquiry forms or simply contact us. As a guide two letters and heart is two Kilos of candy and then everything works up from there. Lollipops however can be bespoke made and there are no minimum orders.
We require 50% of the cost to be paid on order and the remaining 50% to be paid once the candy has been made but prior to delivery. Any orders placed cannot be started until we have received the 50% deposit. All orders for production within 14 days require 100% payment before production.
Orders will usually be completed within 21 days. However, this is dependent on our schedule and may be extended at busy periods.
We know that our candy can make your event extra special so if you need something made quickly please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen. If you are lucky we can sometime squeeze in an urgent order and deliver within a few days.
We can deliver anywhere in the world. Contact us for prices. Alternatively, if you’re lucky enough to live close to our store you can come in and pick it up as soon as it’s ready. Candy sculptures, flowers or fragile items etc must be collected in person from the store.
Yes. If you want personalised labels on your jars or bags of candy we can provide this. For corporate candy we can provide labels with your company name or logo. Please talk to us for more details. We do not have a minimum order quantity on labels we charge for the designed artwork and minimum printing run only. We are happy for you to supply your own labels to our specifications and we will attach free of charge to the packaging.
Generally we recommend consuming within 8 months of the date on which it was made. The candy is best kept inside its packaging and in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
The colours and flavours are added separately by hand. This means that you can have any combination of colours and flavours. Want an orange candy that tastes of strawberry? That’s fine by us. It’s all part of the fun, so get mixing.
Yes. All our candy is made by hand in our stores. We love to have an audience. If you want to see your candy being made just let us know and we can arrange a time to suit you.
This is our most frequently asked question. The best (and most fun) way to answer this is to show you. We make candy every day in our stores so come in and watch.
We have an online booking system. Go to our masterclasses page and then choose your class, date and time. Some classes are limited availability and we do get very booked up at weekends and holiday times.
Our classes are designed for six year olds and above if accompanied by an adult. Younger Children can be involved but this must be under constant adult supervision and at our discretion.
Our classes are designed for all, we are masters at making candy. When working in live kitchen with hot sugar there are risks however we minimize these with correct supervision, tuition and our safety procedures.
The answer is yes so get in touch. We love tailoring a special event or party. We have some fantastic candy packages for Children’s parties, Hen parties and team building events. We specialise in personalisation.
Our taster classes start from 60 minutes and then it is up from there. If you would like to learn a particular skill or limited on time let us know and we can see what we can do?
Within reason yes, We can teach the basics of most confectionery. If you want to put names in candy that is more difficult. Our team go through an extensive three month training program to learn every aspect of candy making then this is coupled with experience of making everyday. If there is something in particular you would like to make let us know and we will see what we can do.
For online bookings of classes yes. For children’s parties and event we will take a deposit with the remainder paid 14 days prior to the event.
When you book a class or event we roster enough staff to ensure you have a very personal service.
You may cancel a group booking more than 4 weeks prior to the Class Date by notifying us by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply.
In the event that you cancel the Class less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks before the Class Date, we will refund 50% of all monies paid and we shall be entitled to retain the remaining 50%.
In the event that you cancel a Booking less than 2 weeks before the Class Date then no refund will be available.
All refunds will be made to the payment card used when placing your order within 30 days of the notification to cancel. Individual bookings or bookings made using a Voucher cannot be cancelled.
